We booked our trip to Uganda and Tanzania with Alison Felfoldi and it was wonderful! Alison did a great job creating a perfect trip that melded all of our differing interests and travel styles. Everything was coordinated beautifully and we were able to enjoy every moment with no worries. I would recommend Enchanting Travels to anyone and everyone.

Currently in the Maldives via a short stay in Abu Dhabi all booked by ALT. Both hotels are incredible and it's been such and amazing holiday with everything running smoothly. Had a slight annoyance due to waiting times between getting to and from the Maldives and they went over and above to fix the issue for us so now our waiting times aren't so long on the way home. Forever grateful and it means we get to spend a bit more time on this fantastic island! Thank you!

I contacted Thomas Cook after me making an error on my booking for a surprise break for my wife's birthday. The advisor Ibrahim could not have been more helpful. The problem was resolved within a short time. All the flight details as well as the hotel bookings were rearranged. The help I was given was amazing.

I recently booked with Spa Breaks and through no fault of anyone’s, my date that I had booked ended up not being available. Kaya was on it in trying to get me information on other available dates with the spa and was keeping me in the loop. Luckily it all worked out and the spa ended hip having a last minute cancellation so I was able to go on the date I originally booked. But the help was second to none and you could tell they would have made sure I left feeling great about the outcome.

Website is easy to use! I called customer service after making a booking with a query and they were super helpful. Couldn't find out the answer straight away so promised to call me back, they did within the hour with all the information I needed. Definitely recommend!

1st time using Ship Sticks and could not have been more pleased. My initial paperwork needed adjustment by me to make acceptable to customs. Ship Sticks identified problem and contacted me to correct before I sent clubs. I sent the clubs overseas and returned them from overseas and both ways I received clubs earlier. Directions for labelling clubs were clear. I liked tracking my clubs.

I absolutely love renting my RVs through outdoorsy !!!! I can rent with confidence that they have my Rv protected and I make a good amount of money.

No wait time to speak to agent. Agent was called Deveshh Semwal, he was very patient and polite. My query concerned a few complicated changes to an existing booking and he dealt with everything extremely professionally. He explained the processes and took the time to make sure I got the best deal.

Luggage Forward made it very easy to have our luggage sent to Norway. The pick up in Arizona was very convenient and the DHL driver very helpful. This will sure save us dealing with more luggage on our trip.

Reservation was cancelled without my permission for no valid reason! We reserved for a family wedding, which we wanted to join in as part of our family, with our family, which is taking place in Brooklyn. Suddenly, after 2 reservations, one my husband made then when his was canceled, i made one, we were told about a special corporate insurance which needs to be bought, as that weekend is our Holiday of Purim. We are not corporate, we are a set of parents who wanted to treat their 4 kids to a family weekend gathering! This we feel is a real antisemitic act which we are taking very personally!

Life changing! Alex our guide incredibly knowledgeable, caring and has a great sense of humor. If I needed a day to relax (and perhaps shop) it was totally encouraged and acceptable - Porto Fino amazing! The itinerary and hotels spot on! I’m ready to go back, maybe the Amalfi Coast!!! Don’t hesitate, book the guided trip now!!

Every time I try to use "their" preferred method of communication ie online I fail to get anywhere. Using the online booking I have lost money in trying to book oversees campsites and I spend needless time on my phone trying to get someone to make changes at their callcentre on my behalf. This isn't a recent problem it has been happening for a number of years but it is getting worse by the day

Good, timely delivery of new bike and collection of the old bike. Unfortunately I continued to be charged for the old bike after its return. This was rectified quickly after I had informed Bike Club via live chat. The worst part of the experience was that the new bike had a brake cable hanging off because two cable clips were missing. After much correspondence the correct replacements have still not been sent, some 5 weeks on.

Excellent experience with the sales person Herbert. he understands the needs and makes it very easy. booking with him for the last few years and has never failed. Amazing experience and well worth it.

I Spent 3hours on the phone trying to pay balance i requested each time a call back which never happened in the 3 hours of me trying what about my place in the queue no way that should have taken 3 hours. i tried to pay balance on line but was rejected with some code fed up to say the least

I Liked the ease of transmitting and accepting documents to sign. Did not like having to assume documents needed from me may or may not be also needed from others in my travel group. Liked the promised length of the process but was disappointed that it took one week longer than expected

I cannot recommend Trailfinders enough. Having spoken to numerous travel agents about a family trip to Australia we were close to giving up. Rach Price has been a superstar and nothing has been too much trouble. Also a big shout out to Liz (didn’t get surname) who supported us in planning & booking on 1 of Rachael’s days off. Brilliant from start to finish and will now be our 1st port of call for future holidays!
