I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I have never traveled alone before and this trip has set the bar really high. The guides were amazing, the group got along so well we are actually planning tow more trips with each other. The thought that went into the itinerary and planning was fantastic. I will be booking with Flash Pack again!

Trying to book a luxury lodge at Whitecliff Bay, but we are informed we are not allowed to specify which lodge we would like and if we even specify an area of the park that will not necessarily happen either. Very disappointing!

From the first contact, we were impressed with the knowledge and quick response to our request. When we requested a change to the hotel package this was actioned very quickly with an optional price. All aspects of buying this Holiday Package was very good.

Sahil Goyal - Best customer service representative!!! He was kind, extremely patient and answered all my questions patiently. I asked him multiple questions about quality of flights and fare comparisons. He had a very sound knowledge of his work and guided me clearly and carefully and made me comfortable all the way through the booking process. I would recommend him to everyone and he deserves a special recognition for his dedication and hard work!!!

Zara Clark put together an amazing holiday to South Africa for us. Everything was amazing. A safari, a wine region, Cape Town, Knysna (beautiful scenery) and Hermanus. All transfers were very good; punctual and the drivers were knowledgable and interesting. Well done Zara and thank you for the lovely biscuits you sent us on our return.

I had an amazing time although I travelled solo I enjoyed the experience with other travellers on the couch. The best part was that we had a driver with a great sense of humour and made the trip fun. It was my 40th Birthday and all the travellers sang a happy birthday for me, a special surprise organised by the driver.such a memorable holiday I will never forget.

We listed our campervan with Motorhome Depot during a challenging time for sales (but great if you're a buyer!). Tracy came to our home, took all the photos and generally handled everything. The people who ended up buying our van were lovely and Tracy guided us all through the whole exchange process across multiple visits with ease and charm. And most importantly I got to meet her dog Lily!

Luggage Free did a great job shipping our skis to and from a trip out West - and there was always a live person available to answer our questions. We will definitely use them again!

Organisation very good poor hotel would not stay there again food poor quality and choices. Very noisy due to sports team’s being in residence Unable to use outside pool and sun beds due to location in a built up courtyard no sun all 3 weeks!!

We have recently booked our honeymoon with Destinology. We spoke with a few travel agents and really needed someone to give us some advice. We spoke with Jo Britton who was absolutely amazing she gave the most amazing advice based on her own personal experience of her honeymoon. She listened to our requirements and has managed to find us the most amazing place to stay that ticked every box! She also went above and beyond giving us contact details for a taxi driver she used and excursion ideas for whilst we are there again based on her own personal experiences! So glad we made the enquiry and spoke with Jo! Thanks so much we can’t wait for 2025 now!

Had a shipment of 8 boxes (some very Fragile and oversized) sent from Los Angeles to Paris and Brittany via Sherpr. Everything -from 1st contact with Duncan to shipment arrival- went flawlessly !! Had a friend who raved about this. So i had a look. Wow, what an app. Everything is so easy. I now have a few of my friends all seeing what great opportunities are available. We will be booking more trips in the future. On my last trip there was one tiny issue with the airport not automatically recognising my car number plate and trying to presented me with a bill even though i paid for parking through the app. Had all the details available to presented to the airport. That was an airport mistake even though Lucky Trip had sorted it. App and team behind it are great.
