Fantastic day out. Loch Ness tour,made very enjoyable. Light hearted humor and great knowledge, Brian's made it look effortless, and he enjoys his job. I'd have no hesitation booking another day out with him, or any other driver with Timberbush. Cheers mate... Garry B

No question, if Trusted Housesitters if active in your neighborhood, give them a try. In the past 18 months we've had 6 sits, and our dog, house and sanity have never been better cared for. The system works great for us, it's a terrific value, and we are making new friends every time a sitter comes to stay!

Paid a large sum of money to this company for a dream package holiday who have now gone into liquidation, so having to go through months of claim to get our money back. Now we hear the company are disputing the customers claims, which adds insult to injury. So angry at this disgusting behaviour which has no purpose except to return the money back to the customers who paid for a trip they never got. 🤬🤬🤬

I booked a round-trip ticket with the help of Criencess. Criencess spent 4 hours helping me determine the cancellation/change policy and choose seats. Criencess is really a good agent that anyone can trust!!! I have a great experience in scholartrip this time!

Deals are legit! We have purchased tickets to Costa Rica for $300 roundtrip, Spain for $500 round trip and I have told ALL my friends to sign up because you never know what deal will come up!

Richard did a good job trying to pull together all our holiday requirements, explaining at great length the changes occurring within the airlines booking systems. Always good to have someone co-ordinating all aspects. There are lots of ‘wrinkles’ when trying to do it yourselves when some of the finer points can be missed. Always prefer to rely on Hayes Travel.

Always strait forward transactions just don't like to deal with online tickets not Attraction tickets fault just the way everything going nowadays. Last twice I have bought these tickets they don't work on my phone still had to get a physical ticket at park

What a simple, straightforward process it was to book a cruise. It was a slick operation. I was passed to an agent with good knowledge about the cruise. We discussed what we wanted and planned an appropriate cabin with very helpful advice! We even laughed during the call. Confirmation came through quickly. Book through IMC again? YES!

Maria helped us book our flight to Norway in June last week when SAS on-line system was down. She is very patient & helpful to assist us all the way through getting our flight confirmation. We will use Globehunters when we are booking future flights.

Website wasn’t clear. Want tickets for a performance tonight and when we showed up for our performance, the tickets were for tomorrow night and there are no exchanges or refunds. I’ll use the box office direct next time

Great website, amazing offers and I was ever so happy to book such an amazing hotel for my birthday. Very much looking forward to it, I hope there is a nice view from my room to enjoy. I will definitely enjoy the pool and jacuzzi on my stay. Very grateful for Secret Escapes to have such amazing offers.

Booking experience could be better. I had some difficult completing the forms as there were some fields such as type of cabin and choice of deck which I could not save the information to submit it. Also the forms seem really geared for UK passengers for example asking for the an emergency contact phone numbdr in the UK. But once I submitted the form and spoke with Charlotte everything went very smoothly.

I found the website easy to follow and easy to calculate costs.The holidays were good value.I spoke and booked over the telephone which was straightforward.I look forward to the holiday I have booked.The assistant was very helpful and not in anyway pushy and gave me some time to look at the holiday again before I booked at my request.

We actually did have a couple of hiccups during our trip that were not the fault of EF tours, and true to their promise even though it was the middle of the night they took care of it. My son had an incredible time and I felt very safe about how everything was handled can't wait to do next year.

My wife and I found great difficulty in completing the booking of the flights on Jet 2 for our trip to Iceland later this week. I in particular have a problem as I am suffering from cognitive impairment and I panic when required to fill in forms! Lisa was extremely helpful and we were lucky that she helped us on two occasions this morning where we had problems in filling in the forms regarding luggage, seats and ordering food for our flights on Jet 2. She was an absolute star and has great patience. A big "thank you Lisa".

Ich habe mich hier am 28. Januar 2024 darüber beschwert, dass das im Vorfeld bezahlte Frühstück bei unserer Übernachtung im Hotel nochmals verrechnet worden wäre. Darum habe ich Holiday Extras nur 3 Sterne gegeben. Danach hat sich Holiday Extras bei mir gemeldet und das Frühstück unkompliziert rückerstattet. Vielen Dank Holliday Extras!

The villa was in need of modernisation which is a shame as it could be superb. There were issues with each of the 4 showers - 1 didn’t work ( second double) , the stand alone shower was rather tacky, the first floor shower took 4 mins for hot water to arrive - both the baths could prove be a H&S hazard to step in and out of. The grounds were sadly in need of some care and attention with little evidence of routine maintenance . The pool was very good - clean and heated, although the surrounding tiles were in need of repair. The kitchen units had seen better days. Despite my comments we very much enjoyed our stay!
