Good, timely delivery of new bike and collection of the old bike. Unfortunately I continued to be charged for the old bike after its return. This was rectified quickly after I had informed Bike Club via live chat. The worst part of the experience was that the new bike had a brake cable hanging off because two cable clips were missing. After much correspondence the correct replacements have still not been sent, some 5 weeks on.
