Tania was absolutely the best. I don’t think I’ve EVER had better customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She walked me thru the entire process and was patient with me as I tried to figure things out. I really appreciated her efforts on my behalf and give her my highest commendations.

Had a rather stressful morning trying to move flights around for a important business meeting but Harry one of the Team Leaders did an absolute cracking job at helping me out. Fantastic contact not only via email but also by telephone. I think this is exceptional service and you have one extremely happy customer who will be coming back Thanks Harry!

I’m trying to speak to someone to rectify a spelling mistake in our email address, there is no option to speak to anyone and we can’t get into the live chat, has anyone got any idea how to reach them? **laura from sunshine holidays phoned us and had everything sorted within 5 minutes, verry efficient**

When things work it work fine - quick and no fuss. Pay and get ticket issued shortly. For some reason my DOB was wrong but they fixed it quickly with an email from me. Also very efficient in refund - It was airline's fault in stupid and excessive delay hitting the delay compensation.

I was cautious when I read about Lugless, I didn’t know if it was safe or not. I’ve now used it twice, and I have to say that I don’t want to gate-keep it from anyone because it’s really such a great service. I had many checked sized luggage shipped this way for my cross country move (the things I needed immediately, clothes, etc.) and it was seamless. I will say that it’s not cheap, it costs the same amount as checking a bag on a plane, but if you have multiple bags or oversized ones you don’t want to drag through an airport, it’s SO worth it.

Harvest Hosts are awesome overnight stops for RV’ers when traveling nationwide. After a long day on the road, they’re super convenient for a quick stop, minimal setup, and frequently dinner and drinks. The museums, church & business parking lots, and farms are also super convenient when food and drinks are not a necessity. Every single HH owner we’ve met in the past two years has been sociable and gracious. We Highly recommend!!!

The FLT going into Hungary, Budapest arrived late in the evening arriving at the designated hotel at 11PM local time: all restaurants close, nowhere to purchase food after a very long international flt where food served was below par for international travel, lost 1 day to travel and lost another day due to evening arrival, leaving only 1 day to go around Budapest city (at least) as following day was to hop on train to Vienna, Austria. Only in this city did we have at least 1.5 days to spend and so at Prague, Czech. So out of the 7day trip, we actually only had 4 days to see 3 cities from 3 countries. Poorly planned and offered. Our excitement got the better of us. Never again!

Very polite and extremely helpful through no fault of Flight catchers we had to have numerous telephone calls and it did resolve On a negative note I was charged extra to book aircraft seats on top of flight money Overall a good experience

Lewis seemed very lnowledgable about Thailand. He asked lots of questions to get an idea of what we wanted and then made suggestions for us to choose. Everything has gone really well from booking to all the transfers between airports and resorts. All instructions for finding transfers etc. were clear and concise, nothing was left to chance Would definitely deal with destination 2 again

I rarely write a review on Trustpilot, but I would give 5 Star here. While other brands called many times with inflation price on their quote price, Ovago's really fast and done less than 1 hour with great deal and no any disturb call. Great Job Ovago!

Meeting Brennan was an absolute blessing to myself & my older sister . We live on an extremely limited income and needed to get from south Mississippi to Pennsylvania for my older sisters two grand daughters who are graduating high school and then on to college . We also have a younger sister who is suffering from lung cancer so it was extremely important for us to go “ home “ for a bit . Brennan helped us an achieve a very good deal on plane fare for both of us round trip . He is most certainly a very valuable asset to have on your team !

Lewis was extremely conscientious to get me the best deal possible for business class flights from Miami to Santiago Chile. He worked very hard to accomplish this and was very patient with me in completing the payment form. If my trip works out, I shall use him again for further travel.

Passengers and crew had a great time on the Florida rivers cruise. Spacious rooms, excellent food, and pleasant weather helped. Had been to St Augustine before but learned bunches more on this trip about its “gilded age” history. Other lesser known places had similar stories and were attractive “ real Florida” places. Entertainment each night was great!
