What really made the experience great was the person I was speaking with - Nancy Adams. She was patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had to cancel a trip over New Year's, and kept a credit on file. 2.5 months later, we rebooked our trip. I specifically asked for Nancy again when we rebooked as she was particularly pleasant to work with. Thank you Nancy!
