Booking experience could be better. I had some difficult completing the forms as there were some fields such as type of cabin and choice of deck which I could not save the information to submit it. Also the forms seem really geared for UK passengers for example asking for the an emergency contact phone numbdr in the UK. But once I submitted the form and spoke with Charlotte everything went very smoothly.

I have always found Riviera Travel to be totally professional and easy to do business with via their representative Niki who is a joy to deal with. Buying anything these days can often be an ordeal and hard work whereas Riviera are a breath of fresh air. I cannot recommend them highly enough if you are looking for a stress free experience and peace of mind.
