Richard did a good job trying to pull together all our holiday requirements, explaining at great length the changes occurring within the airlines booking systems. Always good to have someone co-ordinating all aspects. There are lots of ‘wrinkles’ when trying to do it yourselves when some of the finer points can be missed. Always prefer to rely on Hayes Travel.
