VJ is an outstanding tour guide he went above and beyond to make sure everybody was living their best life. There was never a time he couldn’t make you laugh with his dancing or jokes. Stasher was a wonderful service for my recent trip to Mazatlán. I had 5 hours to spend in the downtown area without needing to haul my luggage around before returning to the airport. The Stashpoint host is named Baldo and he was very helpful and friendly, and the location is conveniently located next to one of the main plazas. The location is a little confusing to find as the google maps shows it as a storefront on the street, but it’s actually down an alley from the street. I would recommend using this service if you have a similar situation (early checkout, late flight and large luggage).

Fairly rapid reply from email help when had question, very fast delivery. Expensive to ship, but convenient as we delivered/return shipped right to/from the hotel ski valet. Have tried other companies in the past (LUGLESS) and was a disaster. Would use SHIPSKIS again.

We went on two tours. Loch Ness with Lizzie and Outlander with Ewan. Both guides where friendly and professional, providing fantastic commentary of Scotland's history. They made our trip really enjoyable.

Beautifully restored and maintained cottage - unlike some images shown on other websites, this was true to the photos - we weren’t disappointed on arrival Bijou and calming…perfect for a short de-stress, rest and restore mini break The fully enclosed garden was perfect for our rescue fur babies who reacted very positively in a strange place - feeling very relaxed and calm🤗🧘 Being only 2 hours away makes it a perfect ‘restorative pick me up’ getaway from a hectic busy schedule Will certainly be ‘escaping’ here again later on in the year🙂

Clear communication, direction, and results. Very pleased with the process. My first time. Needed my passport renewed before leaving the country for an extended stay abroad. Only had a 7-day window. Passport and Visas came through with flying colors. Kudos to Oscar for making this happen!

Ewa James is amazing!! I highly recommend using her to book your next holiday or honeymoon. We have booked family holidays and most recently our honeymoon to Jamaica which was incredible. It truly was a once in a life time experience, everything we wanted and more. We always used to book our holidays online but then we met Ewa and we would never go back to booking our holidays without her. She listens to everything you would like and finds exactly what you’re looking for. Truly exceptional at her job!

Being not tech savey, Ayesha Santana was so very helpful setting up my Koala acct. I just signed up and they never called me back. My order number is GW-9F83.... and I filled out the application and got this number to complete my application 1-800-220-1759, and no one ever picks up the phone. I have a rush order and there is no hope to get to the post office in time now for our trip.

Everything was perfect, travelling times, hotel was lovely, not far from the gondola, leave ski and boots at the gondola station, skiing was excellent even though it was end of season. Very good value for money and the local people were very helpful and good service everywhere. Wonderful ski holiday.

Rashieda, was incredibly kind and understanding. I greatly appreciated all their help. I had so much anxiety, I thought I made my brothers birthday reservation incorrectly. I wanted it to be a surprise and time was of the essence. Rashieda was calm and collected and most importantly able to fix everything so effortlessly. Thank you so much Rashieda for answering all my nuisance questions and for your great customer service!

Not the best service. The agent was very curt and inflexible. The driver was driving erratically, and was even on his phone. Will probably not use this company again.

This lot featured on MoneySavingExpert (who I'll be reporting back to), so I thought they must be trustworthy. Er...no. I ordered my Romanian currency from TravelMoneyClub a week before I was due to fly-out, plenty of time for it to be delivered before my holiday (I'd imagined). I didn't, however, count on TravelMoneyClub using the worst Royal Mail delivery service available (probably because it's cheap), which has no tracking facility, no collect from depot option and which failed to follow explicit re-delivery instructions given 5 days before my departure. I was initially told by Royal Mail that my missing £500-worth of Romanian currency "cannot be located" and that I would need to get TravelMoneyClub to compensate me. TravelMoneyClub would then have to apply to Royal Mail to be reimbursed. There is no way on God's earth they would agree to this. Jilly at TravelMoneyClub left me in no doubt they were no longer interested; "We have fulfilled our contract with you by delivering the money as agreed. At that point our contract was completed." "Screw you", essentially, "We've made our money." By all means engage with this shower if you want to needlessly donate unearned commission to a complacent, selfish outfit, leaving you with nothing to show for it but a mad scramble for an alternative the day before you leave (and, potentially, hugely out-of-pocket if your cash can't be located; I'm lucky, mine was). If, however, you'd rather not enrich their not-fit-for-purpose set-up, look for an alternative. Anywhere.

We went for a spa weekend at a spa golf resort now we have an autistic daughter This was our first break in 4 years So to pay £400 for two nights you would think peace relax no how wrong kids running round food in the hall ways awful evening meal bed is two singles pushed together broken toilet seat we actually went to a friends on the second night to get away Then missed my spa treatment as I just wanted to go home stressed out

Awful from start to finish cold food at Breakfast Luke warm lunch and dinner poor entertainment excursions not worth going on ship small small cabin nowhere to hang your clothes nowhere to put your shoes very poor value for money in compensation for such a bad experience they offered vouchers off another cruise no cash drinks package£99 per person no choice of wine just wine of the day so if you didnt like it there wasnt an alternative i wouldn't recommend to anyone.

The experience that I had with Johnny Walker RV is when I first walked in I was greeted like I was family. I went in to see Walker Fitch as my salesperson and he is no longer salesperson so he sent me to Spencer. Spencer was really nice relaxed show me anything I need to if I had questions and then when I purchase the RV they sent me over to believe his name was Michael. Did a good job walking me around the RV I purchased any other questions I have he was there to answer them for me. Also when I went to the parts department I talked to a guy by the name of Derek really nice guy took care of me got the brake assembly put on my truck also in the parts department I talked to a lady up in there and I wish I could remember her name really good nice as well show me the starter kit I need for the clean it's like a kid in a candy store a lot of things you want to get for the RV to make it a comfortable living for the accessories you need. What I really like is you can stay the night there get used to using the RV and if I had any questions they are there to answer them that's a big bonus and also really good to have that to make you feel comfortable about what you buy. I am and I will recommend others that work with me for friends to go to Johnnie Walker RV and this is my first one and love the unit

Struggled to book online, probably down to good old-fashioned "user error"! Picked the phone up, answered quickly and both advisers I spoke with gave me honest advice based on personal experience. They facilitated the booking process, no fuss. Thank you Billy and Alex.

Good prices. Fairly easy to navigate the site. Disappointing that seat selection is not included. Also, it feels suspicious that you are forced to leave a review before seeing your confirmation.
