Damon was incredibly helpful. He talked me through popular models and gave a very detailed explanation of how this insert would function outdoors. He was super responsive with impeccable follow up. Unlike the local fireplace store that I went to prior to reaching out to Damon, Damon treated me like an informed customer and did not speak down to me in any way. Damon was 10/10 and I will definitely recommend North Country Fire to anyone! Another plus is how quickly this will arrive (3-5 business days!) and the price point. For this exact model at the local store I visited- this model was $2k over the price I paid (without the driftwood add on!) with a 6 week lead time. Free shipping and no tax is also an enormous selling point!
