Have been attempting to order a banner stand from them. The first time they sent me a message that they were cancelling my order because of fraudulent activity on my credit card. I checked with my bank and there was none. Then I ordered it again with a different credit card and got the exact same email back. The problem obviously isn't with my credit card and now I've got a banner with nothing to hang it on and not enough time to order a stand from anywhere else before an important business trip.
