Have been a Crunch customer for a number of years, but after the first year service has steadily declined to the point that I've taken the decision to move to a new accountant. Problems with their open banking feed reported over two years ago still have not been fixed. Their recent portal updates removed useful summary information in favour of self promotion/advertising, and their above inflation greedy cash grabs mean I couldn't recommend this service to anyone. Their only response to complaint is to throw around limited discounts, but they never fulfil any promises to improve or fix issues. I need an accountant that I can trust to do what they say they will do. Thinks very carefully before trusting your business to these people.

They have a pretty good day to day system but in the end completely messed up my companies affairs. The case gets passed around between any number of accountants and unqualified staff who seemingly take no notice of history and confidently give wrong advice. They have never apologised for or addressed any of their mistakes which have been expensive to me with time, money and stress when I relied on them to help close my company after moving to Australia.

Each time I contact Crunch for an update, I'm assured that someone will reach out by the end of the workday, yet no one does.
